More than likely your divorce, or family law case will be started with a retainer as an advancement to the attorney’s time and costs paid out of the retainer. Each month you will receive a bill which will outline the attorney’s professional time, the hourly rate and the total costs. This bill will advise you of the status of your retainer. 

At any point in the litigation process, we may engage in discussions concerning alternatives. We realize it may be an advantage to you to set a fixed price. This option is offered for those in contested litigation and non-contested matters. Fixed pricing requires your commitment to follow principals designed for a bright new future. We understand that your spouse or other litigants may make it difficult to follow our approach.
